This company / Ilie set a date for work to be done and then cancelled last minute. I had been waiting about 3 weeks for them to come. They rearranged the date and then cancelled again at short notice. They then rearranged and cancelled yet again at short notice. I had cancelled a weekend away on the basis they were coming to do the work. I gave them one more chance and they cancelled the date yet again!! Absolutely unbelievable!! Overall finish to the bathroom was good. Ilie is handy and was able to remove and replace fittings to a good level. He was able to do the work on short notice and be flexible which was greatly appreciated. Didn't put dust sheets down and didn't take waste away with him when finishing the job which was disappointing. A cracked tile was installed and we had to call him back to replace this and to neaten some grouting.Verified reviewerJob location: CH629.5 floor tiling

Ilie has done work for me twice now and I will definitely be using him again for future planned works. He is always responsive when arranging work, flexible and his work is top notch and nothing is too much trouble. Would 100% recommend Ilie. I couldn’t find a better and more professional tiler in UK.
