The work was carried out to a reasonable standard. However, I requested a slight adjustment and was told 'once payment is received I’ll have a look at making it more detailed.' Firstly, I felt that I was being treated as if I was untrustworthy (pay first) and secondly, I didn't hear from Issac again after I had paid. This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Advice - pay attention to your customer needs, be honest, and do what you say you will do.
