Rat in our son’s bedroom 😱
We had a rat trapped in our 6-year-old son’s bedroom, which was quite stressful as we were worried it might cause damage while stuck inside. Ross and Graham were absolutely amazing. They acted incredibly quickly and managed to safely remove the rat within minutes, which was such a relief. I genuinely cannot stress enough how excellent IQ Pest Control has been throughout. Their customer care is outstanding, and their efficiency really made a difference in a stressful situation. Explained exactly what he was going to do before quoting. Gave a very competitive quote. iQ Pest Control provide pest related services to both the residential and commercial sectors, our contract clients currently include restaurants, catering businesses, breweries, schools, hospitals, farms, factories, supermarkets and convenience stores to name a few. In addition to the commercial sector we provide emergency pest control services to the residential market as we work closely with a number of landlords, managing agents, district councils and home owners.
Our commercial clients will always be provided with an assessment and quotation after an initial inspection of the premises. We can provide you with both an assessment and quotation whether as part of a one off treatment, rolling contract or both. We will also provide free pest assessments to restaurants and the catering industry with rapid contract set-ups to satisfy EHO (environmental health) requirements.
