Fantastic customer service from everyone at IQS - I would definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future

I've worked with IQS for almost 2 years and can't fault them. They provide a thorough quality survey and always deliver the report to me on time (as part of a buying/developing company we're on tight deadlines). Ben, Jonathan and Winston are such lovely guys and extremely helpful. I never have any problems with their service and would recommend time and time again to anyone looking for a surveyor.

Very professional, efficient and prompt

I've worked with IQS for some time now and they always deliver. They are super responsive and really pleasant over the phone. There surveys are thorough and easy to understand. If there is anything on the survey I am unsure about they're always happy to explain anything. Wouldn't use anyone else!

We are currently renovating a listed property that will be developed into 2 x 5 bedroom homes. IQS Ltd have provided us with a comprehensive portfolio of services that have included construction cost planning, architectural drawing and local planning support services. Also building regulations advise and management and a full H&S risk assessment and support policy. IQS have taken ownership of the full project management of the development including subcontractors. We are delighted with their friendly and professional support and importantly the maintaining of all costs within the budget.
