    Had an issue with my alarm sounding whilst unset. IRD attended swiftly, did a full troubleshoot and identified it may be the old outside siren/ strobe and to be in touch if it happened again. Ultimately was the siren, so they reattended quickly again and fitted a new one, less the original call out charge, and alarm has been working perfectly since. Very easy to contact, job was done quickly and very professionally with extra effort put into covering previous screw holes due to new shape of siren. Very pleased customer!
