Upgrade on an older alarm system
IRD alarms replaced our old system Spoke to Stephen asking for a quote Had a visit from Neil in a couple of days advised what we needed had a reasonable quote and went ahead with the work, it was carried out in a professional manner by Neil and explained what he was doing as he went along Excellent work would definitely recommend

Annual alarm maintenance
We had been let down by another company for our annual alarm service. From booking to completion the while process was quick and easy. Stephen was very professional and was able to change our time with no fuss after a mix up on my part. We are really happy to have found IDR alarms.

Alarm and Camera installed
Was let down by another company. The lads from IRD came and installed the alarm and CCTV cameras quickly and tidily. Very satisfied and happy with their work and price.

Alarm was damaged and need repairing
IRD checked our alarm system and quickly informed me it was too old and damaged to be repaired which I thought would happen. Gave me a quote for a new system which was extremely reasonable. I paid for the new system and he reduced the bill by the initial call out charge too.
