Prices vary depending on the device model, type of screen (original, OEM, or premium quality), and service location. •Final price is confirmed upfront before the repair begins. •A call-out fee may apply, depending on distance and urgency (clearly discussed at booking). •Bulk repair discounts are available for schools, businesses, and multiple devices. •All prices include labour and parts. •We are a VAT-registered company – a full VAT invoice can be emailed upon request. •Additional charges may apply for board-level or water-damage repairs.   • Out-of-hours appointments (before 9 AM or after 6 PM – may incur extra charges)
  • Repairs for devices that are severely bent, structurally damaged, or beyond economical repair

Important notes

  • •Please inform us if a parking permit or access code is required at your location. •Repairs are usually completed within 20–30 minutes while you wait, except for somebody housing replacement that can take up to 60 minutes. •If your location is outside of our standard coverage area, a small travel surcharge may apply. •For schools or business premises, please confirm the quantity of the device and contact person for smooth coordination. •If your device has multiple issues (e.g., screen and battery), we will quote for both together. •If your phone has been exposed to water, please mention it beforehand so we can assess it accordingly. •Out-of-hours bookings (before 9 AM or after 6 PM) may be available on request at additional cost.
