10 Kitchen extension and bathroom refurbishment

Ireson-Bailey did a terrific job, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. The costs were agreed upon before the start of the building work, and we received clear and transparent invoices at every stage of the build. The project was completed within the agreed budget and timescale. The contractor and project manager are super friendly and accommodating – great “can do” attitude and problem-solving skills. The tradesmen who worked on the project were also very professional. I was impressed by Delroy and his team in their confidence to complete the job to the level of precision I was after. They were unfazed by some of the unique challenges that our site and house posed, from having to construct a bridge and road to provide access for the equipment and materials. The whole team was friendly, courteous, funny and skilled. After careful consideration and several building companies quoting for the work to be done on my property Delroy from Ireson-Bailey caught my eye with his great attention to detail and design qualities from previous jobs I had viewed. Delroy and his team were amazing, Communication was impeccable and the teams ability to understand our requirements and produce such a quality product was to a very high standard. Following the completion of degree-level study in project and construction management, I began my career in domestic and commercial building management. Applying everything i learned through study, and my passion for striking, long-lasting design, I worked on a wide range of projects across the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
Ireson-Bailey Ltd was established in 2016, everything I’ve done in that time, I discovered to be the key factor in a successful project. Along with the quality of the build, and striving to surpass expectations every time, we know that communication is the key factor to each and every build we work on.
This means a strong, customer-focused service, choosing the right contractors and tradespeople for every inch of the job, and the precise, professional management of each stage of the process. As a family-run limited company, we combine attentive, open-ended communication with the professionalism of a much larger organisation.
We are fully and comprehensively insured for all work, offer extensive guarantees specific to the project. From our Oxford home base, we work primarily with private homeowners on one-off jobs of various sizes, but provide a service that’s flexible enough to apply to both commercial and industrial properties, too.
