Booked Ryan to do our new build loft he came around to survey the loft he was the only one out of the 3 I contacted who actually took a look and he quoted on the spot which was really competitive . His communication was spot on turned up on time and worked relentless in the 35 degree temperatures on his own and got the job done to a high standard you can’t ask for more than that . He was polite and very clean in the way he worked . He made sure it was all clean before he left so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him he deserves the rating he has .he even sorted my loft hatch out at no extra

Used Ryan (Irvings loft solutions ltd), from recommendations: arranged appointment for quote and he arrived as stated, quote was written and produced at that appointmentand date arranged there and then to complete the work.. Actually rearranged later to earlier date to suit both parties and again on time.. Job was completed as specified to very high standard with no fuss. Ryan was very professional throughout the job and a nice polite guy to the bargain.. Invoice was provided and payment made once the job was complete, no money asked during.... I would fully recommend and already have...

Ryan was absolutely brilliant - he did a fantastic job boarding the loft and creating a new hatch. He worked extremely hard and is a very friendly guy too - highly recommend!

1 in a million. Fantastic work. Always accommodating helped move a few bits out the loft due to myself falling through the loft. Couldn’t recommend Irving lofts more. Quality of work. Neatness all amazing. Work was completed on the 16th April 2026 Higher recommended!!

We needed a new loft ladder installed and the lid of the loft hatch converted. Ryan was extremely professional, polite and friendly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We were over the moon with the job and the price. We would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends and family. A fantastic job all round.
