  Garden fence - on a hill

  We are very pleased with our new fence. Looks solid and straight. Workmen were very pleasant and polite. There was a delay in starting due to illness. Would ask them to work for us again

  New gates, fence and sleeper planter

  The issues are too numerous to list as are the ever changing excuses! But the most concerning was the attitude of Brett when we asked him to come out to discuss them. He was visibly angry and confrontational from the start and despite asking him multiple times to calm down he continued raising his voice and arguing with us. I became very uncomfortable with the situation and after around 10-15 mins of this and getting nowhere near a resolution we asked him to leave. Despite this he carried on, refusing to go and after asking him another 2-3 times to leave we went back inside and shut the door.

  The customer was offered 3 times during the erection of the fence only 2 panels in to move the line across due to a concern. Which he refused saying it was absolutely fine. Even asked if he was sure “yes” then complains a week later after completion

  After submitting my job requirements on Checkatrade, Brett made contact the same day to arrange to come and quote the job. I found the quote to be very competitive. The work has been carried out to a very high standard. We were actually away on holiday when the work was being done but we were very impressed upon returning. Brett and his colleagues were very friendly and left everywhere clean and tidy after the work was complete. Would definitely recommend.
