  From pre-sales, to sales and co-ordination, to the delivery of the service everything was top notch! Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable people who accomodated all of our requirements ( many of which were not easy! ) and did a fantastic job. Truly felt like they cared about doing a great job and doing quality work. The installation looks great and we're very impressed. Long gone are the summer days sweltering in the house! Thanks Nicola, Phil, Steve and Tyler!

  Incredible service from start to finish. The site survey with Phil was smooth and we felt extremely confident Island HVAC were the one to deliver our AC system. Nicola in the office was fantastic with fantastic communication and supplying all the requested brochures/ quotes we needed promptly and professionally. Steve and Tyler were excellent, kept everything tidy, knew exactly what was required, and were efficient. Highly recommended and we can't thank them enough for the service they have all provided.

• Air Conditioning Installation

  We used Island HVAC to have have a multi-split air conditioning system installed into our house, which is a 4 bed detached. This consisted of 2 interior units fitted in the kitchen and master bedroom, as well as the exterior unit these were connected to. The guys did a fantastic job, and we couldn't have asked for more from their service. They were communicative, very professional and friendly, and also very courteous and considerate to us as we were working from home on the 2 days of the installation. Would certainly recommend these guys, and use their services again.

• Three unit air-con in loft conversion and refurb.

  Just had a three-unit air conditioning system installed in our new loft extension: one unit in the new room upstairs, and two in existing first floor rooms that are also being refurbished. Island HVAC were very patient between paying deposit and final install, as plans, unit positions and pipe runs were changed as build progressed. Just in time for the weather to get hot we finally had all the prep done and the units could be installed. Steve and Tyler did a great job getting everything in, commissioned, and showing us how it worked. Very happy with the result, and rooms were a very comfortabl

  Steve and Tyler were on time and very courteous. They verified the installation site and confirmed that I was fully satisfied with this before commencing work. They were efficient and tidy and took great pride in their work. Explaining matters as they went along. They take great pride in their work. They tidied up as they went along. Upon completion they explained how to operate the air conditioning unit fully and set up the App on my phone... All admin and warranty is for unit is sorted out by Nicola.
