  Concrete pathway removal

  We could not be happier with the work done. This was serious graft, removing old concrete pathways and a crumbling, double-layered patio in our garden. The team were so hard-working, turning up promptly and clearing up after themselves beautifully. Thank you for an excellent job completed.

  Repaired a broken leaking pipe

  1st Building Services were fantastic, they came at short notice and we're so helpful and polite. Communication was great throughout and they repaired the leak and took extra time checking all the other radiators to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely use them again

  Entire house refurbishment

  So thrilled with the work IST Building Services did on the house! They completely transformed the space, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The tiling, in particular, deserves a special mention - it’s absolutely flawless! Their attention to detail was incredible! The team was friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions or make adjustments along the way. Everything was done to a really high standard.   Loft Conversion

  I had a loft conversion done. From the start to end, they listened to everything I wanted, worked very effectively and efficiently. We worked together on the design and I was advised on what would be best for the space that was being created. They communicated very well and sourced the best materials for the conversion, and they made my vision come to life.   Bathroom and Kitchen Refurbishment

  We used IST builder did an amazing job refurbishing our kitchen and bathrooms. In our small downstairs bathroom, they perfectly fit a shower, toilet, and washbasin, making great use of the space. They transformed our old kitchen by creating an open-plan layout, connecting it to the living room, which has completely modernized our home. Upstairs, they redesigned the bathroom, replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower and creating a more spacious, stylish layout. We’re very impressed with their work and highly recommend them!
