Mark came out to us as soon as he was available. He always attends promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reported back on a resolution and cost. He also informed us of the likely timescale before the computer would be back in use. The problem was resolved a day earlier than we anticipated. As always Mark was courteous, polite, informative and very reassuring. Thanks to his speedy response there has been little negative impact on the business. Mark has provided us with some strong advice regarding the IT equipment we currently hold and put forward a seamless replacement strategy.

Would recommend this very reliable and trustworthy company to my family and friends. It is good to have a company like this that you can trust to do a good job for you, especially for older people like myself.
