Prompt, thourough, detailed and friendly - what more do you want?
We recently had the pleasure of having Julian do some work in our kitchen. Nothing major, just small things that fell by the wayside, including a leak under the cupboard from the dishwasher. Julian promised he would come in to have a look and provided an estimate, when he got delayed, he let us know, once he arrived he was friendly and professional and provided a reasonable estimate. He was able to help us within days - we were lucky :-) and his work was outstanding, he fixed a lot a latent issues and left us feeling reassured and happy. I will use Julian again in a heartbeat.
