  Excellent service

  I contacted IvanHoe Heating & Plumbing when my boiler developed a fault during cold weather. James responded quickly, diagnosing and fixing the problem to get my heating running again. Since then, he has serviced my gas boiler and fire and again the service was excellent. James is friendly, explains the work he is doing in clear and simple terms, is careful / respectful whilst working in my home, and gave me an honest appraisal of the condition of my system - not pushing unnecessary work but providing me with options for future improvement should I wish to do so. Highly recommended!

  Highly recommend James from IvanHoe Heating. He is a young guy but he has over 12 years of experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and brings a great friendly vibe. ​My boiler is in a tight cupboard, but James handled it easily. He upgraded the system to a modern keyless version quickly and cleanly. ​The best part is his honesty. He insisted I test the system for a few days before paying the invoice just to ensure everything was perfect. ​Fair prices and top tier service. He is now my permanent heating engineer.

  Excellent Boiler Repair Service

  Really happy with the service I received. The repair was done professionally and everything was left very clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. James was very friendly and easy to talk to, and explained the problem with the boiler in a simple way that was easy to understand. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!
