  Replaced kitchen ceiling and fixed leak from bathroom tap

  I was very impressed with Iurie’s work. Everything was well protected before the work started and he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing each day. He kept me informed each step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. The work was at an extremely high standard and reasonably priced. He is also extremely pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

  Re-build shower: replace pipes, build new wall, tiling, fit thermostatic shower, tray, screen

  Iurie has a very good eye for detail and wants to be everything right. After re-building our shower (following a leak) it was better than it was before. Every day he was well prepared with the right tools and materials. His work was to a very high standard and he is clean and tidy at the end of the day. He's a good communicator, honest, and gets along well with everyone. Highly recommended.

  Refurbishment of our Victorian property. Restoring flooring, painting, all new doors and joinery.

  A Fantastic Job was done by Iurie and the team at IVM. They were on time, polite and left the property clean every day. Multiple jobs were carried out including replacing some joists, re-leveling the floor, sanding and staining the original floorboards, fitting new doors, frames and painting the whole property. We've used IVM on four occasions now and everything was carried out to their usual high standards. Highly recommended.

  Large scale house refurbishment.

  Lurie and his team have transformed our house into a lovely home. This involved a great deal more work than we originally anticipated but Lurie rose to the challenge and gave very helpful advice. The whole house was gutted, floors up, ceiling down, now joists installed, internal wall removed, roof partially redone, walls pointed, sound-proofing installed, new bathroom, new kitchen, re-wiring, complete redecoration. Lurie and his team took great pride in every detail and worked long hours to get the job completed but without cutting corners. I am very pleased to recommend IVM Builders.

  Bathroom Tiling.

  Lurie is a perfectionist. He came to our place to fix our bathroom wall, which involved removing all the tiling and plastering and re-doing both. The job itself was done perfectly, but what was so great to see was the care he took over the small details which meant a super-neat finish. He even spotted a couple of snags our previous builders hadn't bothered to finish and fixed them. It's clear Lurie takes huge pride in his work, he completed the job quickly but didn't cut any corners and left our house spotless. I've recommended Lurie to friends since, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
