Excellent service. Arrived within 30 mins of call and checked our home to find out where they had gained access. Left poison at the probable access points and called back twice to replace it where they had taken the bait.

We called out IWM Pest Control to investigate a buzzing in the loft, suspecting either bees or wasps. Mr. Wilson came out the same day, found a bees nest AND wasps nest up there and promptly dealt with them both. The bees required a second visit a week later to finish them off, which was done at no extra charge. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would use again.

Paul responded to our enquiry very quickly and was out to resolve it the next day. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would happily recommend him or have him out to do further work for us.

Arrived early. Nest was in a very difficult place but had the tools to do the job. Gave me some invaluable advise and offered to come back in a few days if the problem persists. Excellent.

Paul is extremely efficient in his role. He knew where to look and where to set the traps needed. It took 4 visits and he went above and beyond his role in helping sorting out what needed throwing away from the garage and helping move furniture. Paul a lovely supportive approach as he knew how upsetting the situation was yet was not judgemental at all. Advice was given for aftercare. Really happy with work provided and would definitely recommend his company to others.

Absolutely brilliant! I would highly recommend this company! I had rats coming into my home from my neighbours houses. Paul was called the first week of lock down to resolve the issue. He was very professional and very polite. He assured me that he could resolve the problem and kept positive through out. After a few weeks they were gone. It was hard enough been locked down with a 5 year old. The rats were an additional problem but with Paul's positive and professional attitude he kept my spirits high. Thank you for all your help!!!!!
