The planned works by a roofing company was to re-render the shared chimney stack at the rear of my property. Unfortunately once exposed, the brickwork was in poor condition and a rebuild was diagnosed. The roofing company were unable to complete the works. I also struggled to find anybody available. Paul was recommended by a neighbour, he was able to quote, and put a date in the diary to complete the job. The job was completed as scheduled, even with some extra required works. The site was left tidy everyday, and I was very happy with the quality of the work, and the finished job.

We cannot speak highly enough of Paul and Jake. Paul produced a detailed quote outlining best and worst case scenarios, and managed the whole process (firms doing the windows and roof, Building Control) brilliantly. We were kept aware of what was going on throughout, with very little need for us to be directly involved. The standard of their work is excellent, with great attention to detail and tidiness throughout. We would not hesitate to use the team again, they will be our first call for future projects.

We were very lucky to find Paul at iWorks as he’s so conscientious and respectful apart from being very experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of the build we needed which was a garage conversion. He respected our wish for no radio to be played and didn’t even ask for any drinks during the 2-3 weeks he was on site. Everything was cleared up each night and the job was completed on time for a very reasonable price. We really liked both Paul and his son who worked each day and other tradesmen called upon by Paul such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers and painters were all perfect.

I can thoroughly recommend Paul and his son Jake. They carried out a single storey extension for us which was built to a high standard and was built within the estimated the price. Paul was happy to accommodate changes to design along the way and offered sound advice on any options that were available. Looking forward to working together on the next project.

I used iWorks a few years back to build a large extension, kitchen and dinning room, they were very professional and tidy and courteous. They did an excellent job, I was very pleased with the end result. So when my porch started to crumble and become a dangerous I asked them to quote for the job, I was happy with the quote and asked them to go ahead, they immediately made it safe, which was reassuring until they could start the job, just finishing off the rendering but so far another excellent job and a very happy customer :) I couldn’t recommend them enough! 10*
