Jack was very good and delightful, he fixed my fire door no problem, came well prepared to the job too, he also cleaned up after himself too with his own hoover. Even before the repairs was done he confirmed how much everything was and also when I double checked the day before he emailed back confirmation. He kept me up to speed on everything he was doing and asked my permission to do other works on the door to try and get the correct outcome. Would recommend him to my friends, family and work colleagues.
