Replace a leaking tap in the bathroom and replace pipework under the kitchen sink.
Jason was tasked with fixing a tap in the bathroom, which he did, but he didn't fit the push up waste lever at the back of the tap properly and it's all loose and doesn't work. The push up waste is also part of the tap pack and should have been fitted as well. He took this away and despite numerous texts, didn't reply or return this. I need to buy a new pack. Also, had him booked in to redo the pipework under the kitchen sink as it was blocked, but turned up and refused to do it claiming it was too smelly and there was sick in the sink, which was untrue. Had to call another plumber to do the work.

Get my heating to work
I have used Jackman Heating and Plumbing at work for numerous jobs - from dripping taps to blocked urinals. He is always professional, reliable and efficient at getting the job done. I recently also used Jason to fix a heating system that wasn’t working - again, he was brilliant in coming to our rescue and talking me through how the thing works so I have some knowledge. I would highly recommend.

Repair a leaking shower in bathroom
Jason did a great job in locating the cracked joint that was causing the shower to leak. Organising an appointment was straightforward and he arrived just ahead of time. Managed to complete the job by installing a new connecting joint with minimal damage to the ceiling. Extremely pleased, very fairly priced and would definitely recommend.
