I was recently in need of some fairly urgent plumbing repairs after our water tank stopped filling and with young kids, we needed a quick repair. Jack was very understanding, good communication and came at the time agreed to carry out the repair quickly and cleanly leaving everything fully functional again. He was a great help to us and I would definitely use Jack again and recommend his services.

This is the second time I've used Jack for plumbing work. I gave jack the unfortunate task of investigating a bad smell emanating from a boxed in soil pipe. Jack told me the possibilities it could be and the possible repair costs for each situation ensuring there were no shocks come bill time. Jack opened up the box section, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in a quick and tidy fashion.

Jack replaced a leaking toilet for me, very courteous and reliable and good communication. The job was larger than first thought and Jack made the effort to complete it as quick as possible.

Jack gave a full service from preparation to completion including good advice on sourcing products. New bathroom suite, shower and enclosure retile, flooring and outsourced the lighting to an electrician he even did some minor plumbing repairs around the house. All work was done to the highest standards. The house was left clean and tidy each night. Jack was polite, friendly and honest. Absolutely recommended

He came round on time had a look at what needed to be done explained in detail how he could make it work and also showed me a few other ideas. Then we went for the best option and he did a good and tidy job was very polite would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
