Issues with bathroom fitting
I was initially happy with work done to renovate a bathroom earlier this year. Now I have an issue with water coming from the shower and through the ceiling below which is turning black with mould. I CANNOT get them to return to investigate and fix the problem. Repeatedly they arrange to come but then don't show up with no explanation. Calls go unanswered. In the last 4 weeks they have failed to come 6 times when arranged. On the 2 times they have come they have stayed no more than 10 mins and said they'll come back. They did not. I've had enough and will have to look for someone else now.

Bathroom fitters
I had a very old and large bathroom completely renovated. The fitting team, lead by Alan, transformed it into a lovely modern bathroom. The standard of workmanship is exceptional and I'm delighted with the results. The team were friendly and courteous and able to overcome unexpected issues easily with the range of skills among them. They would always let me know when they were coming. I will have no hesitation in using them again for further work.

Loft Conversions

Loft conversion to an Office
We got our loft converted into an office space. We are really happy with the final result. The guys who did the job were brilliant. They were always very polite and clean. Nobody smoked on the job which was nice as we have young kids. They also worked around our school run schedule. I would recommend Alan and his team to anyone, none of our requests were a problem to them. We plan on getting them back to do our bathroom next.
