Boiler service
3.75Would not recommend this firm. Never had a problem with usual plumber and no issues with boiler previously. Unfortunately my usual plumber ceased work. What should have been just a straight forward yearly boiler service, turned into 4 visits: Visit 1: straight forward service £90. Passed and certificate issued. then..... pressure readings somehow affected. Visit 2: back to resolve pressure -charged further £247. Visit 3: back to resolve pressure again (free visit). Few weeks later their work had flooded kitchen floor and loo. Visit 4: back again to replace another part.

10Verified ReviewJPH was recommended by a friend and I noticed they had good ratings on Checkatrade. I wanted an Immersion Heater fitted to a tank that had not had one fitted before. JPH warned me it may be a problem and I may end up having to get a new tank. Sure enough it did not go well and I had to have a new tank. The plumber was on time, polite and courteous. He kept us informed all the way. It took a day to get the new tank but we had no loss of supply whilst one was sourced. There was also a slight problem with the electrics but PHS were able to supply an Electrician to sort it. Overall good job

10Verified ReviewThis is the second time I've used Jackson's. On both occasions various other companies hadn't wanted the jobs as they weren't 'run of the mill'. However Jackson's really went above and beyond and helped source a particular product for an unusual repair to my shower. Mark in the office and all the guys who carry out the work are always hardworking, polite and willing to think outside the box when others won't. Highly recommended.
