Stuart's team fitted a new flat roof on my garage which is supposed to allow rain water to run off into a gutter but they fitted a lip at the end so all the water just pools on top. It has been leaking for the past year and a half and as Stuart gave me a 10 year guarantee on the roof, I thought he would come back to fix the leak, but he is not interested. He promises to come and fix it but never turns up and now after a year of trying to get it fixed, he just ignores my calls. Not good customer services at all and I can NOT recommend his services to anyone!!! BEWARE.

The build and plumbing were super, and Stuart and Tom's plumbers fixed many issues along the way. Really happy with the end product. Can't fault them in anyway.

Good, honest builders are hard to find, so we were very pleased to find Jacksonwise. Thorough scope of work and estimate, straightforward, very flexible when we requested change, transparent pricing, nice people!. Importantly, high standard of work. Would definitely recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work done - everything is of very high quality. Stuart is great to work with, he keeps us informed, and has helped us through the process of organising building regs, ordering kitchen etc and always helpful with ideas and suggestions. He is always keen to ensure customers are completely happy. The whole team is a pleasure to have around and work hard, reliably turning up when agreed. We will be asking Stuart in again for further work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

The work was completed to a high standard. Stuart quickly grasped what I was after, despite the design being a bit unusual, and delivered fully.

In general, we were very happy with the work and Stuart and his crew were easy to approach and helpful in answering questions and making adjustments. We would definitely recommend him to others and wish him well in the future.
