Jacobs Electrical found the required heater in about 5 minutes! They came around within the hour at the time they said they would come, and fitted it without any problems. Tony did a complete rewire for our kitchen and garage area, he was through, nothing was too much trouble and the quality of his work was excellent. I also liked that he has a 17-year-old apprentice called Lennon, for the bigger jobs, who is charming and a credit to his generation. If you’re looking for an electrician who is of a very high standard, reasonably priced and a pleasure to have in your home then look no further. Jacobs Electrics carried out external wiring work to install outside lighting at our home. The electrician showed up at the time agreed and helped to work out what was to be done, then came back as agreed and got it done with no fuss. Called this company to book an appointment to assess a fault I have with my lighting, was give an appointment 2 weeks later - a bit long but fair enough - address details shared etc. Day before appointment I receive a message of cancellation due to the electrician being ill, again fair enough. A second date was given for 2 weeks later - the day arrived and the time passed, no one turned up - no contact, text, phone call nothing!. I text the guy as well as phoned to leave a message - nothing! 4 days have now passed and the guy hasn't bothered to get in touch. Waste of my time!Verified reviewerJob location: RH19
