  Excellent service!

I want to say thank you for providing such a professional service. The team that came to pack everything was very efficient, polite and friendly. Karl was also brilliant delivering all our stuff in perfect condition and liaising with the removal company at this end. And of course, you, Daniela. You have been superb navigating all the logistic and paperwork. You guys just delivered the exact service we hired, on the exact time-frame estimated; no surprises, no bumps on the road. And very good value for money, too. Moving is a pain but you make the experience as smooth as it can possibly be.

A disappointing experience with a costly item damaged, and a poor resolution

We used Coles to move house (2 miles), storing belongings for 3 weeks in between. Our marble dining table was transported on its edge despite our concerns beforehand, and arrived badly crushed and damaged. Coles apologised, but that's where the good service ended. We were passed to a, loss adjuster, and the repair they arranged left the table worse than before. Six weeks on, we settled for half the table's value - around £4,000 out of pocket. Rather than resolving things properly, We wouldn't use them again, and if you value your possessions we'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Great service at a reasonable price

The team were friendly, professional and very speedy with getting everything packed up and loaded into the vans, and unloaded and put in all the correct rooms. It made the whole day go so smoothly and definitely reduced the stress of moving, so we're really grateful for that. Nothing was broken or missing. We feel they provide a really fantastic service at a very reasonable price. I've recommended J. A. Coles to a friend of mine who is moving house soon and will definitely recommend to more people in the future!

  Great removal service

Excellent packing and moving service provided. Easy and competitive quotation done via an in-person visit. The removals guys did a great job doing the move during the heatwave. All packing materials provided and collected after. Thank you.
