  Superb planning, communication and service

  From first contact to last. Danny (calmness itself in the chaos) and the team worked tirelessly over 3 days to reduce 70 years of accumulated memories into a van full of neatly packed boxes. We took the packaging, removal and disposal options available and all work was carried out in a friendly, patient and professional manner with complete understanding of our needs. If ever our spirits flagged Daniela in the office was on hand to reassure and advise with care and sensitivity. All together an exceptional team. I cannot recommend Coles highly enough.

  Great removal company

  This removal company was great, from start to finish. They are very responsive to emails and were understanding about the the timing changed and delays that come with moving. The packing team were professional, helpful and friendly and everything was packed well. They were also so quick! Highly recommended!

  Would recommend JA Coles for moving and packing services

  JA Coles helped us move house recently - and I would highly recommend them. They were very patient in waiting for our confirmation of when our move date would be (which got pushed back repeatedly), which took a lot of the stress out for us. We used their packing and moving services, and they were efficient, professional, and took care with our possessions. We would definitely use them again.

  Brilliant service

  Coles were absolutely brilliant for our house move - great communication throughout and very helpful and flexible when our move date shifted. The team on the day did a fantastic job packing and moving us - they were friendly and efficient and made the whole process seem extremely smooth.
