James's work fitting our new walk-in shower, basin and toilet, with plastering, tiling and exterior plumbing was excellent. He was punctual, polite and tidy. A great worker to have around and good quality work done, all on time.

I couldn’t be happier with the work James did on my bathroom. From the very start, he was extremely knowledgeable and knew all the right questions to ask before the job even began, which really put me at ease. Everything was clearly explained and well planned, making the whole process completely stress free. The quality of his work is excellent, and the final result looks amazing. Just as importantly, the price agreed at the start was exactly the price at the end.

Came across JAE by chance and what a blessing it was. From the very beginning James was very professional and presented very well. I showed him what we needed doing in our ensuit bathroom and he immediately used his experience and knowledge to advise on what we needed. He saved us some money by initially fixing our toilet (which we thought needed replacing) before replacing our shower enclosure with shower panels and new shower. I can’t recommend James enough, we are extremely happy with his work and will use him again in the future. Very very happy customer. Thank you again.

It was excellent to have James to create our new bathroom. He helped us plan from an early stage and he suggested improvements as appropriate. He worked relentlessly on site and kept the site clean and tidy, minimizing disruption to normal life. He is so considerate and professional with great attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have such pleasant and competent experts work in our home. The finish of our new dream bathroom is top quality, the high seat toilet, the anti-slip shower floor and the grab handles make our lives much easier. We would highly recommend JAE installations.

James gutted our old bathroom and did a complete remodel and fit. He was thorough, extremely tidy, considerate and consulted us on every detail in advance.
