10Verified ReviewA single LED ceiling light the team had installed in our bathroom nearly two years previously had developed a fault where it flashed, which was highly abnormal for an LED. On contacting the team, they attended on the same day. They investigated the faulty bulb and transformer assembly, identified a possible manufacturer defect, switched out the entire arrangement as a warranty replacement without charge, and even hoovered up the dust from removing the light fitting before they left. Could not have asked for better service!
