Would definitely recommend Alan and the team. I needed a damp survey done having just bought a house, and they took the time to properly assess what was needed and and clearly listed the areas that needed doing along with quotes. Communication was great and Jess was quick to respond and organise the work once I'd moved in. A particular thanks to Phil and Jim who carried out the work - they were both friendly and helpful, and carried out the work efficiently (and cleanly!).

I’d highly recommend JAG Remedials. They recently skimmed my stairs, landing and front bedroom, and I’m really pleased with the results. Phil did an excellent job — the finish is great, he worked professionally throughout, and he made sure the house was kept as tidy as possible while the work was being done. It made a real difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

JAG replied quickly. We wanted the work completed asap as we are selling our parents property. JAG managed to fit our work in sooner as they were in front with another job. The initial work of tanking and plastering a partition wall was extended to include a ceiling and wall in another room. Another job arose where a plumber was needed and JAG sourced a plumber and managed that job for us too. The result is that we were well looked after, had a great standard of work completed, could relax with a team of professional people who I'm hoping will carry out work for me at my house soon.

Alan came to do a damp survey on my property and produced an easy to understand report and quotation for remedial work. He was also kind enough to call me and talk me through it and offer plenty of reassurance. I booked in for the work- some timber treatment and repair work in the roof space. All comms from both Alan and Jess were great, polite and helpful. Alan always answered the phone when I had questions! On the day he arrived with two others and they quickly went about conducting the treatment and took photos of the roof space before and after to show me what had been done. Great work!

I received a recommendation for JAG when I bought my house and have used them a couple of times since - in fact, I won’t use any other company for this type of work now. They are highly professional, competent and knowledgeable. The administration of their work is brilliant- you are kept up to date on availability and appointments and never have to guess what’s happening. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The initial survey was carrried out and the results sent to us showing clearly what needed to be done and how it would be carried out.
