Alan was really helpful and responsive when I first made enquiries. Everything has been very straightforward and the work was completed quickly with no issues. Everything was left neat and tidy. Excellent service and good value for money.

I can't praise JAG remedials highly enough! Alan and his team are a fantastic team who carried out a course of damp proofing on our property. Communication from Jess and Alan was first-class. Aldo is a fine plasterer and Jim is very skilled at what he does. They showed up on time every day at 8am and got on with the job. I found everyone at JAG to be hardworking, friendly and down to earth, and they did a cracking job. They were also immaculate in their cleanup following the work. Alan also came round after the work was completed to check everything was going as planned, which it was. 5*

Great service, communication was good. Work completed as agreed/planned no issue's. This is the second time we have used JAG remdials and been pleased with their work on both occassions.

We've just had our cellar damp-proofed by JAG Remedials as well as a few areas in our house where there was poor air flow. From the beginning communication was excellent. Jessica kept me up to date with everything, and Alan explained clearly what needed doing. I never felt like I was being upsold and was given a comprehensive quote. The work itself was done to a really high standard and the whole team were friendly, professional and flexible. I am so pleased with the cellar - it is beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend JAG Remedials.

Would definitely recommend Alan and the team. I needed a damp survey done having just bought a house, and they took the time to properly assess what was needed and and clearly listed the areas that needed doing along with quotes. Communication was great and Jess was quick to respond and organise the work once I'd moved in. A particular thanks to Phil and Jim who carried out the work - they were both friendly and helpful, and carried out the work efficiently (and cleanly!).
