James has been a pleasure to work with when planning our extension. For novices like us he made the process easy, right through from understanding our needs at the outset, holding our hand through the planning process, and for any follow up questions we’ve had. James also liaised with the relevant professionals required to complete structural calculations and an Environment Impact Assessment. I was constantly kept informed of updates during the process.
