Thank you for the recent review! Upon checking back through the diary your boiler broke down 2 months after it was serviced in which I clearly noted on the service report that the expansion vessel will need to be replaced as soon as possible. Weeks went on and still no contact to get it booked in. Whilst on site we helped fix your washing machine as a gesture of goodwill which you never mentioned on this review.
