Radiator transfer and fit new.
Rang me and was in contact with him before the job was undertaken, sending pictures of the radiators. Originaly the quote was £250 to move one radiator from the conservatory to an upstairs bedroom and put in a smaller new radiator (supplied by me) in the conservatory. Check bath taps and shower for leak, re sealed. Revisit to replace the shower screen seal.

leaking water filter on boiler feed pipe

Replacing two toilets
While responsive and tidy, installation of both toilets was not completed correctly with both stuck to the floor with silicone and a leak as a result of poor workmanship left unaddressed other than placing a container underneath and not communicated leading to floor damage.
