James was very polite friendly and courteous .He kept us informed from start to finish with the work he was doing. He and Paul worked very hard all day to get the job finished for us. He made a really good job of the cladding he did for us and we're very pleased with the end product. He also cleared up and tidied the area when he had finished. James is such a considerate, careful and honest builder - he's done quite a few bits of work for us now, most recently on our roof and we really trust him and the quality of his work. He's reliable, open with communication and very personable, we hugely recommend him!
