Jake recently completed the work needed on the 3 storey house where I live and I very much appreciated all that Jake and a colleague have done. He responded promptly to my initial e.mails and turned up on the day and time stated, both for the assessment and for the actual work. Jake gave a clear written report beforehand which was supported by several photos, and also a detailed written quote. He also provided photos of the completed work, which involved several different repairs. They left the premises clean and tidy. Thanks again Jake for all you've done.

My husband have been impressed with Jake from our first contact. We particularly liked his punctuality and attention to detail when he visited to quote for the work. He did an excellent job replacing the felt on our porch roof, also replacing some of the wood that had rotted and adding lead flashing for extra protection. We have since asked Jake to assess our house roof and would have no hesitation using him again.

Very prompt service to investigate the problem and provide quotes. Despite July’s periods of rain delaying his earlier jobs Jake was true to his word making sure my work was carried out on time so my solar panel installation could go ahead.He brought in Dane who worked tirelessly on his own on a Saturday.A big thank you to him too
