  From the start the team at Jakeman were incredibly professional. They understood my requirements and my concerns, including budget. I needed them to replace the flat roof of my extension. Once the work was agreed, the team came promptly and completed the work over two days. They explained the steps they were taking to ensure I was happy with their progress. When the roof had been fully replaced, they cleaned up after themselves meticulously. I was then provided with a 10-year guarantee for the work.   We had Luke, Jacob and the team fix our roof leak, which had been an on-and-off issue for the past four years. When Jacob came to inspect the roof and provide a quote, he explained everything clearly and professionally, giving us confidence in the work that needed to be done. The team was professional, efficient, reliable, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. It’s been a great experience from start to finish.   From the outset, Luke Jakeman stood out for his professional and innovative approach. While other companies provided quotes that included additional costs for scaffolding, Luke instead used a drone to assess the problem. He took detailed photos of the roof and followed up with a clear and very reasonable quote, which we were happy to accept. Luke arrived as scheduled with two colleagues and carried out the repairs efficiently and without any fuss. The work was completed to a high standard, and we are extremely satisfied with the results.
