Cottage Roof and Chimney work
Since 2021 we have had many jobs carried out by Joe and his works team. All requested jobs done have been carried out extremely well.. These jobs were Flat roof refurbished, Kitchen chimney removal, Main chimney refurbished and re painted. They also replace plastic guttering and a certain amount of boarding up of soil hedge banking to gain easy access to our property walls and roofing. Joe has always listen and discussed our requirements for pending work. When work has been complete the worked area is reasonably cleared of rubbish.Verified reviewerJob location: RH1310 Flat Roofing Installation

Great quick work and responsive
Joe and his team were prompt, thorough and happy to answer questions. They fired through the work very quickly without cutting corners and did so while being as non intrusive as possible, leaving house and drive tidy after each day.Job location: BN13Response from James & Sons Roofing Ltd

Far exceeded my expectations
Joe James was the first to get quote back via James Senior on Sunday night. Joe had visited the previous Saturday morning and given seasoned and sound advice on the replacement of a medium to large flat felt roof, decking and trimming work. His and his men's workmanship and materials meet and exceed industry best practice standards. Moss removal
I was advised of the time the previous day and the guys turned up on time. Joe explained what was going to happen, advised me to keep doors shut, to keep out the mess. Job completed, moss removed from the ground area and left in reasonably clean state. I was asked to check the work outside. A good job done.Verified reviewerJob location: RH12RCelia K
