Replacement of a faulty motorised heating valve (2 or 3 port, 22mm). Includes draining the system, removing the old valve, installing the new valve, re-balancing the system, dossing with chemical inhibitor and testing to ensure correct operation. Price excludes the cost of the valve itself.
