Local established business. Great service and value for money.
I have have been a very happy customer with the MOT service I get at James Autos for many years. I have had a classic 1986 BMW 328i convertible since 1988. At its recent MOT inspection the car had rust on one jacking point which was only going to get worse.. Rather than just treat it with Waxoil, Richard cut it out, welded on a new plate and sealed it. Good as new now. Rust free BMW. Heather and Richard are friendly and helpful. Customer satisfaction 100%. There is no comparison with the service and value for money you get compared to other National MOT Centres.

Cam belt and water pump, full service, and MOT and break disks on other car
My goto garage for MOT and services etc. Prices are good, owners nice, and easy to deal with.

Replacement of lower suspension
Excellent service this morning. Arrived at 8am car straight on the ramp. Richard was fast. He quoted for 2 hours labour but did the job in just over the hour. Only charged what he took. Had an Mot booked for after work completion at 11am but did that as soon as my car was finished. Car was ready in the 2 hours. I was on my way home just after 10am. Great! Thank you.

MOT
As a women who's had many bad experiences with garages and dreads any interaction, James Autos is a shining ray of hope! Non-patronising, honest, straight forward, trustworthy service. Great communication, and no pressure - really cannot recommend them enough, especially to other women. Awesome.
