I contacted Jim and he was brilliant. He came out looked at the job and provided me with a detailed estimate. He kept me informed re the beam and once it was in we confirmed the date for work to commence. He arrived when he said he would, and both him and his labourer Stuart were friendly and extremely tidy. They did an excellent job on the partition.
