James and his assistant Rory carried out a very professional job of hedge trimming and also trimming back high tree branches. I have been using James Gray for many years and am always delighted with his service. He provides good advice, never over sells, prices competitively and communicates well. On the day he turned up promptly, completed the work as agreed and cleared up afterwards. His team were all friendly and polite. I use James for regular pruning of large bushes and trees, and for removing dead trees. I fully recommend him for this type of work. James gave us helpful advice in order for us to agree the work required. He provided a comprehensive quotation which we could use when applying to the council for permission to carry out work to protected trees. He did the job on the date we had agreed, entirely in accordance with the agreed specification. He was friendly and helpful throughout the job and checked with us if he was at all unsure as to what was required.
