    New Boiler

    Fitted and plumbed kitchen sink fitted and connected gas hob rerouted gas and central heating pipes

    Mr Holcroft was polite and knowledgeable and his workmanship was 1st class very clean (left no mess) would highly recommend for any central heating or plumbing work reasonable pricing for quality work will be using again

    Boiler Flue Leaking water

    Several Engineers looked at the job but did not get back to me. James examined the flue and identified that the inner flue was not seated properly at the joints because they were cut too short. He replaced the faulty sections. I was extremely pleased with his work. I assumed that it was too much work and not enough money for the others.

    Replacing the Boiler

    I was very happy with the job that James did. I contacted him and he came within one hour, he was polite and considerate of what was needed. He recommended I replace the boiler, and took his time to take me around the shops explaining why and which boiler was suitable. He also provided all additional materials needed for the job without inconveniencing us. I bought (IDEAL) LOGIC MAX COMBI C 24 30 35, which was a bit complicated to fit, and James took time to explain how to operate it, most efficiently. I would highly recommend James. He works quickly and clears up afterwards, and we have ha
