Emergency call out
Contacted James as the main house fuse had tripped whilst we were decorating. He attended quickly, carried out a thorough check and identified the problem in a wall socket. Good electrician who communicates well and keeps to schedules.
James has done several pieces of electrical work over the last five years, the most recent being an electrical safety check of our new home following a house move. He is always quick to respond to texts, calls and email enquiries or comments. He does a thorough job and emails reports promptly following work done. James is friendly and personable and listens carefully. He always attends when he says he will or communicates in a timely way if he has been held up.
