Called within a few hours andcarried out an investigation for a burning smell under our stairs. Identied the problem and resolved very quickly changing some parts. Very efficient and included within the call out. Very professional and competent

James kindly completed the job the same day I posted it. Communication was good, he was friendly and professional, and ensured that I understood and was happy with the service. Payment was easy and report showing the completed works was issued the same day. Would definitely call on James to assist on any other jobs!

The job was carried out quickly, tidily and the price quoted was lower than others too. Just something simple, but I was pleased with how little faff there was.

James undertook an EICR, some remedial work, and replaced a couple of light fittings. He also completed some minor making good work. He has a good eye for detail and is very neat.
