  Radiator Replacement

  Arrived for the first appointment 6 weeks ago and determined they couldn’t complete the work in the time they had allocated. Agreed to come back the following week. Messaged on the day to advise they were unwell and couldn’t work. Have never heard from them since despite a number of attempts to contact and obvious read messages. Very disappointing.

  I was a little concerned using check a trade but no need. James found the leak within 5 minutes. He explained and showed me what needed replacing and why.

  Remove and cap old gas fire; change flush valve on toilet; remove shower doors.

  Never used Checkatrade before so wasn't sure how it would go- I didn't need to worry. James kept me informed about what time he would arrive; he assessed each part of the job and made sure we were both clear about what he was going to do. He was really organised, worked quickly, very tidily and everything was done satisfactorily. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will hope that he can take on any further work that will need doing. Thanks to Checkatrade and to James - 5* all round.

  Leak from Shower tray

  James quickly replied to my call out request , kept me informed and was reliable with appointment the following day. Found him to be friendly, courteous and informative. Although no work was carried out on this occasion he quickly identified the source of the problem and advice given to resolve the leak ! Good first impressions of the company and would definitely use again . Thank you.
