    Removing flooring, replacing with new laminate, remove worktop, turn sink round 180 degree, modify plumbing, replace cupboard unit under sink, fit new worktop, with cut out for sink, etc. Move washing machine and EE-plumb, install vented clothes dryer, necessitating boring vent hole in house-wall

    James is a very efficient, highly skilled craftsman. He is a natural, multi-skilled, absolutely perfect for my job which was replacing flooring, turning a sink around 180 degrees, modifying plumbing, replacing work-top around sink, fitting new cupboard under worktop, moving washing machine, installing vented dryer, which needed a 4 inch hole bored through the wall to the outside.

    Removing threshold to french windows and extending flooring

    James is very personable and able to offer advice and options on both improvements and remedial work. He is tidy and methodical with a focus on a quality finish rather than time. Able to offer a range of skills we are negotiating on further work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him

    Glazed wooden front porch repaired and redecorated

    All the work was done to a very high standard. Cutting in and replacing rotten wood with new hardwood was superb. Painting was careful and thorough. Both workmen were hardworking, polite and a pleasure to have around! Thank you!

    Internal doors altered so the gaps around the door and frame were 3mm or less. Plus door closures fitted

    Extremely professional and skilled. 10/10 all round. A very good price. James offered to come back if there were any problems. I would recommend James 100%
