Two visits made, one to assess and do temporary repair, second to permanently fix. James kept in touch as to the time he would be arriving. Have used James before and will do in the future.

A washing machine was leaking from the mains pipe, James took my call when another firm had let me down and talked through the problem, steps needed and reassured me. James arrived the next day to fix / cap off the pipe and ensured no further problems once water was turned off. Highly recommended.

This was initially a straightforward job, however I have what's called a primatic tank system which is old and problematic and involves an unusual drainage protocol. James thoroughly researched what was necessary to be able to carry out the work (he hadn't worked with primatic tank system before) and the outcome was a quality piece of installation and all my rads are now balanced and functioning perfectly. He is thorough, never rushes anything, and is committed to giving quality results. I would recommend him to anybody. John Whitfield

I’m renovating my flat and had called James for some help with moving and adding a new radiator in the bedroom. I received the best guidance on the radiators, size and placement to heat the rooms up best before installation (whilst also helping me choose the best cost effective option!). I’m really happy with my new radiator and the whole process of fitting it- James was super friendly and polite, and showed me how everything worked after. I’m so pleased with his work, I’m looking forward to contacting him again in the future to use more of his services ??

I called James after looking for a plumber in check a trade . Although he was busy he came the same day a Saturday to seal the leak to get me to Monday when he could get the part . He was a lovely polite man who took pride in his work and explained what he would be doing
