  Garden office request

  I have received the best customer service from this company when they really didn’t need to. I contacted them to see if they could install a garden office even though I knew my budget was very low. They was respectful about my situation and explained the costs involved and why they wouldn’t be able to carry out the work for my budget. They did however do me a design and work out a materials list for me when I advised I’d be happy to do it myself but didn’t know where to start with the materials needed. They even gave me their numbers if I needed advice when doing my project. Thanks

  Design and build of a garden room

  We are thrilled with our new garden room. I couldn't recommend JAM Garden rooms highly enough. Friendly team, great workmanship, and trustworthy. A solidly built structure, which has been cozy through the cold winter. Looks great too, we've had lots of lovely comments from family and friends.

  Budget office project

  I contacted J.A.M Garden Rooms after they was recommended to me to see if they could install a garden office on a very tight budget. Although they was not able to provide and install one for my budget amount. At no point did they belittle me or make me feel I had wasted their time. In fact they went out of their way to create me a design and listed materials I would need to source. If I was to do it as a DIY project. They gave me tips also on how to insulate and what treatment to buy for the timber. Trusted family business that respects their customers, even the non paying ones. Thanks

  Garden Room Build

  JAM were amazing from start to finish. Diane patient with all my questions and ensured that I was 100% comfortable with the specs and understood how everything would work. Adam and Jake were brilliant - kept us informed throughout. The screws were a bit tricky and took longer than planned but the build was perfect - on time and looks amazing. They both worked so hard - especially as the build took place during the heatwave. They made sure that power points were placed exactly as we needed - and that the flooring was exactly as we wanted. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Ground screws and a wood base was installed and constructed.

  We struggled to get any companies to come and and do some ground work for us. J. A. M. Garden Rooms were the only ones to contact and follow up with us. Although we didn't have a garden room constructed with them, they complete the ground work for us. They installed ground screws and then a base for our log cabin to sit on. Our ground is sloped and found it to be full of obstacles. However, they remained so focused and professional on completing the job to their high standard. We are 100% satisfied with the work and with the gentlemen that completed the work. Thank you all so much.
