Jamie Crawford Heating (Radstock) has been our gas boiler heating engineer for several years and has always been very professional, prompt and knowledgable . He recently diagnosed blockages on our ~40 year old steel radiators and we agreed that it would cost-effective to replace virtually all of them . The replacements arrived on schedule and were promptly fitted. All was completed on time and the house was immaculate after the 2 day job was done. Great work , good communications and a pleasure to know the system is working correctly . Well done Jamie Crawford Heating.

Jamie Crawford has now sericed my LPG boiler 3 times. He is reliable, professional, thorough and the work is very reasonably priced. That is why I stick with him.

Jamie is fantastic. He fitted my combo boiler 10 years ago, including all the gas pipes and electrics, and he has serviced it every year since. Never had any issues. He just fitted a Hive thermostat and that was another excellent job. He’s always reliable, obviously knows his stuff and is quick and tidy when he works. I highly recommend him for any heating work you need doing.

Jamie replaced my old shower pump today. He arrived on time and carried out the work in a professional manner. I have used Jamie before and he is always very polite and friendly and happy to give advice. I would highly recommend him for providing an excellent, reliable service at a fare price.

The gas boiler was not working well, so I asked Jamie Crawford to inspect it. He came promptly, and advised that the boiler was failing and needed replacement. He returned very promptly to replace the boiler, after discussing with me the type of boiler and work required. The installation - clearly a complex job - was completed within the day, requiring him to work hard, checking all radiators, bathrooms etc. He removed the old boiler and related items, leaving our home clean and tidy.

Jamie has been coming for several years to service my boiler. He is professional, pleasant and punctual. Altogether an excellent service. I would highly recommend.
