Julian from J&A Locks was kind, caring, and extremely considerate when responding to an emergency situation involving an elderly neighbour. Nothing was too much trouble, he gained access quickly and safely, replaced the locks, and provided replacement keys immediately. A truly professional and compassionate service when it mattered most. Great service. Called as our front door didn’t lock and this was around 7pm and we were seen to within the hour and everything fix. Would recommend!

After speaking to the locksmith, he quoted a price and said he would be with me in 20 minutes. He was there in the time he said and had the lock renewed in about 10 minutes. Even though he had to put a more expensive lock on he stuck with the price he quoted. Excellent work and top class service.
