From first enquiry to completion a thoroughly professional service carried out by very personable staff. All required work was completed and extremely well tidied up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any tree work you may require.
Tree and hedge cutting
Excellent teamwork from Hannah answering calls, Ash giving quotes and 2 gentlemen carrying out work. All 4 members of the team were friendly and polite and Hannah booked us in very quickly. Ash was quick to offer a variety of costings for us to suit a range of budgets which was helpful and all were punctual and flexible, working around our needs. The gentlemen doing the job asked us to check everything once it was finished to ensure we were happy with the work and Hannah text later that day to also confirm we were pleased. A great company - 10/10 for customer service and already recommended to family!

Garden clearance, tree surgery and patio and drive jetwashing
J&A were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive to all communication. They turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would to a higher standard than I expected, were really friendly, checked with me to make sure I was happy with the garden clearance and tree surgery before finishing off and generally made the whole experience really pleasurable. I now have a lovely garden to spend the summer in. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs tree surgery or garden clearance work done. If only all businesses were so easy to deal with! Thank you!
Removal of two very large, difficult trees from rear garden with one having its stump ground out.
What a team! An unbelievably professional bunch of people who removed two trees from my garden in one day: one an absolute monstrous poplar tree including its stump. But no fuss and no problems for these guys, they just got on with the job. Astonishing work from a very organised, skilled squad using high quality machines with ease. Thanks to them I now have tons more natural daylight/sun in my garden. I'm so glad I employed this company. To any customers out there, if you really want people who know what it is they're doing and can be left to do it professionally, look no further.

Fence installation, tree removal, tree lopping, hedge removal and hedge maintenance
I am extremely pleased with my new fence which was supplied and installed by J and A Tree Services. They provide a very professional service, the team do a great job all trained and fully insured. Any waste is taken away and disposed of in correct manner, leaving site clean and tidy. Great job and team, I have used them for several years now to maintain hedges, lopping and tree removal, I would highly recommend.
