Aarón of J&A responded promptly to the job, he communicated very well and kept me posted as I was not on site. He liaised well with my friends who were getting the flat dismantled for me and was good humoured and reliable. Thorough removal of everything that had accumulated in the basement and garden shed, with everything left tidy. Would highly recommend.

We chose J&A Waste Removals because they were the most efficient at getting back to us about quote and timings (we were on a deadline to have mattresses out of our house before completing on a sale), without pestering us for a decision once they’d quoted. They were reliable in their communication with us and turned up exactly when we needed them, no delays (this was especially helpful as we weren’t able to be on site ourselves and had to send an intermediary). Everything was done on time with no issues. Would use again.
